Property Management invoicing

My property management company (letting agent) sends my invoices via post and seem to be doing things the old-fashioned way.  I really wish they would modernise a little bit.  I have written to them a second time about emailing invoices to me as a PDF document.

 

Just wondering how many of you are in the same boat.

 

Reasons that I would like them to go electronic:

1. My invoices are always arriving late (after I've received my rent) which leaves me in the dark for up to a week about why the figures may have been lower than expected
2. They arrive in poor condition sometimes and look like they have been opened or the envelope is damaged
3. Going paperless is more sustainable
4. Consumes less physical space
5. Easier to locate for my reference
6. PDFs mean I don't have to manually scan the invoices to PDF
7. Less admin work of shredding when I need to destroy the documents
8. Safer to have these sent electronically due to COVID-19.

Are they an independent / small agency? Most larger ones have portals to login or send correspondence electronically.

As Richard's suggested, might be time to shop around for a new one if they're not willing to step into 2020.
