GMCA lends Renaker £70m for pair of skyscrapers in Salford and Manchester

In today's news, it's been announced that developer Renaker is to receive £70m of loans in funding from the Greater Manchester Combined Authority.

The loans will support the development of over 1,000 apartments across schemes in the Greengate area of Salford and the Great Jackson Street regeneration zone in Manchester.
