nickmo 0
Hi We have several properties, and there has been some storm damage to the roof of one of them. If we claim on the buildings insurance for the repairs, will this affect the insurance premiums for the other properties? The cost of the repairs is not huge, so we don't want to shoot ourselves in the foot by claiming if it is likely that we will end up paying more by all the premiums go up. Thanks in advance Link to post
EvolutionBlogger 72
I don't know about your specific case, but I can give you my own example. I claimed on my buildings insurance for escape of water in 2018, and there hasn't been a noticeable bump in my premiums _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Vin Gupta Property Investor and Developer UK Property Blog: https://evolutionblogger.com/article/uk-property-articles Travel Blog: https://soulfultravelguy.com/ Link to post
