What’s the best worktop

Hi all.  What worktops do you people put in for your rentals.    We currently use Howdens laminate worktops.  We have not been doing it long enough to work out if it will last the test of time.     Regards.

I've had Howdens a few times. Good quality. I put some in around 4 years ago and still going strong.

Laminate all the time - looks good and lasts reasonably well.

99.5% (estimated figure!) use laminate worktops in their rentals. There's just no value in spending £3,000 on a fancy worktop
