Mortgage Brooker advice

I have my first B2L property (no mortgage) and I am thinking of getting another property but I will need to get a deposit by mortgaging my first and then getting another mortgage for the second.  Does anyone have any advice on finding a mortgage advisor - what kind of questions should I ask?  I’m thinking that one who charges a fee will be better than one who works on commission.

I used to use L & C, but tried Habito for my latest mortgage. All done online, very quick responses to queries. Highly recommended.

I use @simon allen

 

I have been using @simon allenfor the last few years. I think it's 7 deals he has done for me now.

You get what you pay for. He has prevented me from making a number of poor purchases.
