mfd
Halifax is happy to pay just over £200K as additional borrowing on my residential mortgage. Before applying, I am wondering what kind of documents they need to process that? I have been a mortgage customer with Halifax since 2016. Any thought? Link to comment
Stuart Phillips
What they will ask for would be exactly the same as for a standard mortgage application so expect to provide 3m payslips or 2 years Tax Calcs and Tax Year Overviews, bank statements, evidence of where the money is going and potentially anything that is required to back up any questions raised. Its impossible to say exactly what you will need upfront.
