aliter
Hi I've sold a uk property few months ago and submitted the non resident capital tax return and now I need to submit the SA108 form with my self assessment. I would really appreciate it if someone could guide me what sections do I need to fill as non resident landlord. Do I only need to fill the Non-resident Capital Gains Tax (NRCGT) on UK property or land and indirect disposals section? A sample filled form will also be highly appreciated. Thanks Thanks Link to comment
taxantics
Hi, you just show the gain you already reported in box 9 and the tax already paid in box 10. HMRC should marry up the rest although its worth attaching pdf's or copies of the NRLCGT returns. HMRC's guidance on this is at https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1063020/sa108-Notes-2022.pdf Jerome Jerome@TaxAntics.co.uk www.TaxAntics.co.uk Link to comment

At the moment I only filled box 1-5, 7, 9-10 Link to comment
