Selling an HMO

I intend to sell  my 4 bed mini-HMO as it is Mansfield and I live 2 hours away as so much of the income is whittled away in various costs from the letting agency.  The rest of my portfolio is local to me, I self-manage and it works so much better for me.  It was fully refurbed as an HMO 3 years ago, is fully tenanted, no licenses required, all certified,  no arrears etc etc.  I think the best option is to sell it with all tenants in situ.  Any advice or recommendations of agents that sell HMOs?  A quick google lists plenty, but a good recommendation goes a long way.  The mortgage runs for another 6 months so selling sometime in the next 6 months would be ideal.
