Hi All, 

Just stumbled across the podcasts from Rob and Rob which has inspired me to start looking into starting my property journey. 

Will be starting to educate myself and learn from others on this forum. 

At the moment will be looking to start in Leicester where I am based and will look to build a Buy to Let portfolio and most likely will go down the LTD company route due to falling into the higher tax bracket in the day job, so will need to get up to speed in relation  the pros and cons. 

Looking forward to learning from everyone on the forum and taking my first steps😃
