cracked window

Recommended Posts

my tenant has said she discovered a significant crack in her bedroom window and wants it replaced. Please see attachments. As it was rented out undamaged,  should this not come out the deposit? I have asked to view it in person. How should I image.thumb.jpeg.de5fadbd41c39feec62a6d90d5d2d40f.jpegproceed? Thanks for adviceimage.thumb.jpeg.0b1fc3bc5f64acccf81b5101a9f105fc.jpeg

Unless you can prove that the tenant caused the damage, no. It's part of the structure of the property and wouldn't be something that would be expected for a tenant to replace, like, say, a lightbulb
