nickie1 Posted January 23 Share Posted January 23 my tenant has said she discovered a significant crack in her bedroom window and wants it replaced. Please see attachments. As it was rented out undamaged, should this not come out the deposit? currently flat is single glazed. we will be selling it in ~ a year, is it worth upgrading to double glazing? Link to comment
