New but learning quickly

Hi I have been interested in property all my life, guess it started with building fort, tree houses and bird boxes with my childhood friends.

I'm in my late 30s, living in north London with my partner but looking to move at some point back closer to Wales.

There is something so beautiful and solid about property, the mix of creation, design and practicality, and a topic which is internationally and generationally intuitively understood.  

I have been dipping my toes and learning everything I can about property development, but very keen to move from armchair education into meeting people and launching my own projects.

I have a background in project management and procurement so am building the skillsets to help me transition from the corporate office based hellscape and into a more entrepreneurial property development space.
