Preston -(Lanc)area advice for First home and First BTL

Good evening,

 

After reading here and get more advises and recommendation from Mr. RICHARD BROWN (The property voice), finally i am moving from the south to Preston (this is the closest  to Manchester i got a job!)

 

As soon as i move there i would like to purchase our first home (Misus is fuzzy ,she want a house instead of flat!) and the earliest possible to buy a buy to let in Preston or Manchester.

 

We have a saving of 25k.

 

Advise and suggestion will be helpful.

I would suggest coming along to the Manchester Meetup, you can get free advice and suggestions from investors who are in most parts of Manchester and the surrounding areas. You can then narrow the field and start a more in depth due diligence. You can start cash flowing nicely with that amount of savings.
