Need a lender for limited company

Hi nice to meet you all, 

 

I'm looking to get into btl but i cant seem to find a mortgage advisor who can give me interest only deals as an spv (limited company)  here in Northern Ireland. Anyone know any different or could offer some advice? Id like to start locally if possible because i am more familiar. 

 

It just seems a bit strange they have no mortgages to limited companies here

Hi @mrmonopoly, i know this post is years old. Did you have any joy in finding a company to provide finance to your SPV and limited company. It seems us folk in Northern Ireland are somewhat left behind the rest of the uk. 
 

Please let me know if you found a company and/or got a way around this.
