Just watched the 18 year cycle video. Am I right in saying we're in "winners curse" territory now?

We've written an article about this, and last year it looked like we were in the second year of the boom phase - meaning that we're in the third year of it now https://propertyhub.net/where-are-we-in-the-18-year-property-cycle/

Based of the findings in this article, it'll be 2026 before we see the next crash.

Also worth remembering that over the long run, property goes up in value. So it you can ride out the storms, you'll still do very well
