Hello, Can anyone recommend a good letting agent in Edinburgh who deal with letting HMOs to students? Thanks!

Hi Fiona,

 

I just moved from Edinburgh where I worked in lettings. Each agent has their benefits and it really depends on what you want from them. Some landlords like a close relationship, others never want to hear from their agent.

 

I know that Trinity Factors in Bruntsfield are held in quite high regard, I've had them value my property in Edinburgh and I was really impressed. Ally Bain is their head of lettings and he should see you right.
