What you'll learn:

What a hands-off investor is...

'Hands-off' is an industry term, but what exactly does it mean? We'll be covering this in-depth and seeing whether 'hands-off' literally means 'hands-off' or whether that's just a myth.

The pros and cons of being a hands-off investor

Like anything in life, there are pros and cons to investing in property when you have limited time to be able to dedicate to it. And we'll be covering all that (and much more) within these 30-minutes.

The different options available

There are 5 primary ways you can become a hands-off property investor, and we'll be diving into them all LIVE on this webinar. You'll learn about sourcing agents, property funds and joint ventures - and much more.

Free resources

And once we've covered all that, you'll get a post-webinar run-down of everything discussed, with details of which resources we recommend you read/watch/take action with next.

Did we mention that it's completely free?

Here are our most frequently asked questions

  • Is this a live webinar or a pre-record?

It’s a live webinar delivered by our team.

  • Is there a chance to ask questions?

Yes – the Q&A box function will be live and the team will answer as many questions as they can within the time they have. They can’t answer anything too specific which would require a conversation about individual circumstances though.

  • Do I need to prepare anything before the webinar?

No – just be prepared to soak in all the information you’re given. You’ll be sent a list of all the free resources we recommend via email after the webinar.

  • I’m trying to register but it says ‘registration closed’.

We’ve capped our webinars to give everyone chance to ask their questions. If you’re unable to book, this means that the webinar is at maximum capacity and you’ll need to choose a different date and time.

  • I’ve registered but can no longer attend.

When you register you’ll receive an email with your unique link on there. If you’re unable to attend, there’s a ‘cancel registration’ button at the bottom which will cancel your place and open it up to someone else.

  • I have specific questions I’d like to ask about my individual circumstances.

Unfortunately we’re unable to give individual advice to everyone on the webinar – as much as we’d like to. There are other ways you can ask questions: you can record a question for Ask Rob & Rob or you can ask away over on the Property Hub Forum.

Property Hub’s online webinar was really informative and helpful. Full of practical and essential advice on developing a career in property investment from people who have actually made a career from it. No ‘get rich quick’ or Homes Under the Hammer nonsense. Brilliant!

Highly recommend the sessions with the Property Hub team.
