Great Magazine - quality publication. Loved the article of buying with tenants already in place. I did this and the advice is spot on - also check that the existing tenant is registered with the council for council tax. The previous letting agent didn't bother to do that and I got a nasty surprise when I notified the council that a new tenant moved in! Thanks Rob B and Rob D.

  • Hang on… an actual magazine? Made of paper?

    Yup! It allows us to put together news, information, stories and case studies that are more in-depth and more thoroughly researched than a podcast or blog, but more timely than a book.

    You’ll also get online access to all previous issues as part of your subscription, which means you can refer back to any article whenever you like.

  • £5 seems a bit steep for a magazine...

    This isn’t your run-of-the-mill, hastily put-together, typo-filled magazine written by the work experience kid. Our writers and contributors are at the top of their field, and a LOT of research and expertise goes into each article.

    We’re pretty sure you’ll agree that it’s worth it – and the price is actually comparable to a lot of those lower-quality magazines anyway.

  • Do I need to pay for postage?

    Your subscription of £5 per issue includes postage anywhere in the UK.

  • Can you deliver outside the UK?

    Unfortunately not. You can still subscribe to receive every issue digitally, and opt not to receive the paper copy (there’s a tick box for this on the subscription page).

    Alternatively, get the paper copy sent to a friend in the UK so that they can enjoy it too!

  • How do I pay?

    Just click on any of the numerous buttons on this page! You’ll be taken through to pay with any major credit or debit card.

  • What if I'm disappointed?

    We only bill you for one issue at a time and you can cancel whenever you like – so if you don’t like the first issue, just cancel right away and you’ll only have been charged £5.

    And if you really don’t feel like you got value for it, let us know and we’ll refund you for the issue you received.
