How can two valuations be so far apart? PLUS: Is a digital tenancy agreement legal?

Ah, valuers: not the first time their unpredictable ways have come up on Ask Rob & Rob, and almost certainly not the last. Our questioner this week has two valuations for the same property, and – surprise surprise – they’re miles apart from each other. What should I do?

And our second questioner quite rightly wants to harm fewer trees in the process of letting a property, but wants to know if they’ll fall foul of the law by doing so. Rob & Rob have the answer!
