We made it to episode number 50! And to celebrate, we decided to share some of our best business tips – as well as a huge announcement…
You’ll have to listen to the episode for the full explanation of our business tips.
We promise you our biggest announcement yet, and we weren’t joking!
This week we announced that we’re launching a letting agency! It’s called Yellow Lettings, and it will offer full property management across the whole of England.
Why have we done it? Because we want it to exist for ourselves: a national agency where you can get the same high standard of service wherever your properties are. But, with none of the nonsense that comes along with agents all too much of the time.
We’re going to be rolling out in a few cities at a time, so if you’d like to track our progress and see when we might be ready for you. Visit our website and pop in your details so we can get in touch.
Next week we’re going to have our first ever guest episode, with Dan Andrews from The Tropical MBA Podcast. So as this week’s resource, we thought we’d whet your appetite with his article about the 1,000 day rule.
If you’re starting any business venture, you won’t find success overnight – it’ll take over about 1,000 of your days and nights, as it happens. Dan’s article tracks the whole process through – and in our experience, it’s uncannily accurate.
We’re going to be doing another “listener questions” episode very soon, and we’d love to answer yours!
Most of all, we’d love it if you could submit your question in a voicemail. Just click here to record your message – and don’t worry, you can re-record as many times as you want before submitting it!
