This week we wanted, on the basis of a listener request, to share our favourite property websites. Covering news, research and general entertainment, these are the sites that appear in our browser history more than any others.
Those sites are…
To find out exactly what it is about these sites that keeps us coming back, you’ll just have to listen to the episode!
If you’re an Android user, this week’s resource is for you. You can’t listen to podcasts via iTunes – so what should you do instead?
Listener Carl Gilbert recommended PocketCasts, which is available for both Android and Apple devices. As well as the usual features you would expect, you can also schedule podcasts to download at a certain time. So if you want to download The Property Podcast at 7am on a Thursday to listen on your way to work, you can!
Hardly new news, but China seems to be heading for a property crash – and this article from the FT has all kinds of interesting little factoids that show just how extreme the over-supply is.

Thank you to everyone who came to our London meetup last week – we had a brilliant time meeting new people and catching up with those we already know. We’re incredibly lucky and grateful to have such thoroughly nice and loyal listeners!
At the meetup, we announced a couple of exciting things that we recapped in this episode: firstly that all our courses are going to be made available completely free, and also that we’re re-focusing The Property Hub Plus around collaboration, community and group accountability.
