This week we’re sharing why we think everyone should be part of a property mastermind group. And, because it wouldn’t be very helpful otherwise, we tell you exactly how to go about setting one up.
This is a very packed episode with loads of information, so you’ll want to listen in full to get the most out of it.
Do you use Google Chrome? Do you use Google Calendar? If the answer to both of those questions is “yes”, then you need to get Checker Plus for Google Calendar!
It’s a handy browser extension that notifies you ahead of meetings you’ve set up, and Rob B uses it to keep himself on track even on busy days that are packed with calls and meetings. It’s highly flexible, and it also gives you fancy extra ways to quickly add events to your calendar without even having to open it.
If you use Google Drive, you might also want to take a look at Checker Plus For Google Drive.
News just in: the UK isn’t building enough new homes! OK maybe that isn’t a stop-the-presses moment, but this story and interactive map from The Telegraph has a lot of interesting findings about the most densely populated areas of the UK and the number of planning approvals that have been granted over the last decade.
The main takeaway? Ten years ago the UK needed to build 250,000 new homes each year just to keep up with demand; that target has never been hit once, and now the figure stands at 330,000. It’s not an easy problem to solve, but without something significant being done it’s only going to get worse…
