Tenant fees
  • Deposit: Equivalent to five weeks’ rent, unless agreed otherwise
  • Change of occupant within a tenancy at tenant’s request: £50
  • Lost keys or electronic entry device: Actual cost of replacement
  • Default fee of interest for late rent: 8% on the outstanding amount once it’s more than 7 days overdue
