Great Magazine - quality publication. Loved the article of buying with tenants already in place. I did this and the advice is spot on - also check that the existing tenant is registered with the council for council tax. The previous letting agent didn't bother to do that and I got a nasty surprise when I notified the council that a new tenant moved in! Thanks Rob B and Rob D

An annual subscription is the perfect gift for the aspiring or experienced property investor in your life.
Send your gift hereHang on… an actual magazine? Made of paper?
Yup! It allows us to put together news, information, stories and case studies that are more in-depth and more thoroughly researched than a podcast or blog, but more timely than a book.
You’ll also get online access to all previous issues as part of your subscription, which means you can refer back to any article whenever you like.
£5 per issue seems a bit steep for a magazine...
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill, hastily put-together, typo-filled magazine written by the work experience kid. Our writers and contributors are at the top of their field, and a LOT of research and expertise goes into each article.
We’re pretty sure you’ll agree that it’s worth it – and the price is actually comparable to a lot of those lower-quality magazines anyway.
Do I need to pay for postage?
