What do you love most about working at Property Hub?

No two days are the same. There is a weekly rhythm, and in between the short meetings to set up the team for the week, I am working on a variety of projects that keep my work life interesting and I am always learning. I love the values we believe in at PH and this creates a very positive environment to work in.

What does your role involve day-to-day?

I am working to ensure the Invest team are performing at their best and this includes assessing key performance indicators, working closely with the Care Team, Marketing and  Sourcing Team to see how existing deals are progressing, what investment deals we have coming up and how we are presenting ourselves to both potential and existing clients. 

We are reviewing a lot of our internal processes and systems right now, so I am working to see how we can constantly improve what we do… and make our client journey even better.

What’s the best part of your role?

I love the variety of activities I am involved in on a day-to-day and project-to-project basis. It is brilliant working with a team who are passionate about property and sharing their knowledge with our clients is a fantastic way to increase my knowledge too. 

I love being  challenged to think about how we can make our service even better and this motivates and excites me every day.
