Hey folks, I'm about to commence with a slight refurb project in my office. The floor is in dire need to get replaced, so I'll do just that. There's also going to be some repainting and decorating included in the project. We get about 100-150 customers per day walking around, so it should be something that can handle that. I work in car restoration. Some clients bring their old cars to me and I try to restore them to the appearance they had in their prime. When I'm not busy with that, I'm landlording two apartments.
