Good afternoon all, I inspected a property today up for auction and noticed that the next door neighbour's extension encroaches over the boundary - see attached pictures. The owner was at the property and noted that they'd built it without him noticing at first (!!!). My plan is to flip the property rather than rent. Does anyone have experience with a similar situation, and/or a view on the implications of this with regards an on sale of the property? Thanks Helen

From the forum I have identifed Keys Mortgages and Searchlight Finance for mortgages, and Kennedy's solicitors.
