Good afternoon all. Im looking to get my first BTL (single let) in the very near future and hunting for deals daily at the moment but getting flustered about what my first moves are (aside my goals & strategy which I have done).
1. Accountant - will they talk me through setting up my LTD company giving me all the do's and don'ts etc..? What will this cost me? Should this be first? is it feasible to have one with less than three properties or so and if not whats the best way of sorting out all of my accounts?
