  1. Good afternoon all. Im looking to get my first BTL (single let) in the very near future and hunting for deals daily at the moment but getting flustered about what my first moves are (aside my goals & strategy which I have done). 1. Accountant - will they talk me through setting up my LTD company giving me all the do's and don'ts etc..? What will this cost me? Should this be first? is it feasible to have one with less than three properties or so and if not whats the best way of sorting out all of my accounts? 2. Which stage do I touch base with a broker? 3. Business banking
  2. Morning all. I’m after some advice/help. Me and a business partner have recently finished a flip project and now want to go our separate ways and do our own things. I want to stay in property (investing not flipping). We purchased the property for 200k and have spent 25k on the flip. After 3 valuations between £270k-£290k we have put it on the market for offers over £270k to hopefully bring as many people through the door as possible (which hasn’t worked). After 2 months of a handful of viewings agent is keen to now drop the price which is something I’m obviously not delighted to
