I have been listening podcast for some time but new to the forum. I am in the progress of buying my BTL.
I am IT consultant and trade through my limited company. I am considering my first buy-to-let in near future.
When I had casual chat with one account, she suggested to create seprate SPV for BTL (i.e. not buy through my existing limited company).
Does anyone have come across this scenario and why seprate SPV will be preferred rather than buying property from my existing limited company?
