About me
My career is in the not for profit sector, generally in or connected to supported living. I have project managed the delivery of more than 30 specialist supported housing projects for a diverse range of client groups and providers. Projects have ranged from house conversions to apartments to 100 apartment extra care schemes with restaurants, offices and community facilities.

My wife and I became accidental landlords in 2008 and we bought our first BTL in 2015 off plan.

There are some great milestones in a property development programme and I got to check out two of them this week on my current development project, with the solar panel installation being completed and the start of the scaffolding being struck.
