  5. Hi Guys, New to this forum and property investing in general. My fiance and I are in the process of completing on a property (flipping project), however with high aspirations of a flipping portfolio and a buy-to-let portfolio, I really need some tax advice. My fiance and I are both higher rate tax payers and from reading up, I believe a Ltd Company formation would be the way forward for the buy to lets and even possibly if we flip more than one house a year.   9. I'm a Director for a property consultancy specialising in Compulsory Purchase. CGT roll over relief is available for CPO cases in certain circumstances, even for residential properties. We are looking for an accountants in London to do us an advice note on the subject that we can send to clients. We're happy for the company to advertise their own services in the advice note and because of that we're not looking at paying a fee for the provision of the note.   15. Like many I am debating selling my properties that I own into a limited company. I was wondering if anyone could give me a rough indication of how much it will cost to hire an accountant to submit my business accounts each year? Obviously the more properties I own will affect the price but could anyone who currently uses an accountant who specializes in property to do this give me a rough indication of the yearly cost?   16. Hi all, This may be a very stupid question, but am hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. I've got BTL in London that now has quite a lot of equity that I was hoping to release and reinvest in BTLs.
