Hi, We have just completed on out first new build property. I just wondered if anyone could give a list of key documents we should insure we get from the developer. I imagine Gas safety certificates. Do we need FENSA certs? Are there any other important documents or things to be aware of? Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Chris
