  3. Hi all, So having just bought some flats im all excited and about to get the keys this week. So far the process has been pretty smooth considering its my first time. Now im approaching the time I need to start making the place suitable for tenants there seems a bit more to do. SO my question is... Is it the same person that does the PAT testing? Any info, help and experience sharing would be really appreciated!
