  1. Hi, Not sure if this is in the right section or not but im looking for some advice on the boundary of my property. My documentation states that I own and accept responsibility for the left hand side and rear boundary of my property and that the boundary is defined by either a wall, fence or hedge. The left hand side boundary isn't an issue but when it comes to the rear its a bit unclear.   2. Suppose a beneficial owner of a property - not the sole beneficiary, wants to use his share of the capital invested in the house to buy another property. If the sale is in the hands of an executor, then how can this be organised. The beneficiary cannot buy a house until the executor sells the other property. Renting seems a poor option because of the 6-12 month tenancy agreement. What would be the solution?
  3. If someone dies and leaves a house that is to be sold. I assume that the beneficiaries are beneficial owners. If one of the beneficiaries wants to live in the house until it is sold, do they have legal right to do so?
