Multiple purchase through a LTD company

Hi All,

Just thinking about purchasing 3 properties in a ltd for specific purpose of letting. I understand we get the benefit of Multiple dwellings relief (i presume this is only if we are purchasing from same vendor?) but was wondering do you need to factor in the extra 3% surcharge on the average SDLT too?
