Need pointers on good Landlord Contents, Home Emergency Cover & Rent Protection Insurance companies

Hi Guys,

Hope you're well and safe. I'm looking for pointers on good Insurance companies offering the following products for a a 2 bed 2 bath flat in a purpose built block built around 15 years ago:

1. Landlord Contents Insurance

2. Landlord Home Emergency Cover

3. Landlord Rent Protection Insurance

I'm sure that this isn't the first time that this has been asked, however I didn't find the information all in one place. Are you able to provide this info?

I use Alan Boswell for my landlord insurance needs, found them to be competitive and responsive, with good service. 

There are other insurance brokers out there, I think Rob D uses Discount Landlord Insurance.

I've used Simply Business and Discount Landlord previously, but currently moving renewals over to Alan Boswell. They're quotes have been slightly cheaper, but moving everything on to one policy which will hopefully be even more competitive in the next year and less hassle with just one renewal

For Rental Warranty Insurance, I use Paragon Advance. Their rates are good

I don't use home emergency cover, as I don't think it's worth it.

Recently used Alan Boswell for consolidating portfolio with different renewal dates.  This was while abroad, with an 8 hour time difference.  Good rates, excellent responsiveness and service.  Apart from one 15 minute call to meet regulatory requirements, this was conducted by email.  Would highly recommend.
