According to research from Rightmove, the best time to sell your house is in March!

It shouldn't be too much of a surprise - the closer we get to the warmer months, more people begin considering a big move and naturally they look for bigger houses.

“For any sellers who might be conscious of coming to market at a time when the number of new listings has traditionally been high, the data shows us that the level of demand in March means sellers are likely to met with multiple potential buyers competing for their home,” says Rightmove's head of property data Tim Bannister.
