Stamp Duty Rebates

Hi All,

I regularly receive mail in regards to claiming back SDLT on properties which required 'work'. 

Does anyone have any experience of going through this process? Is it even worth attempting? 

I purchased a house last year which had holes in the downstairs timber floors due to damp/wood rot. The house was not open to viewings due to it being unsafe and I purchased it via auction. 

I'm tempted to give it a shot but don't want to be wasting my time. Any views or tips would be most welcome.
