The first question is from Adi from Kent. He wants to know what The Robs think of crowdfunding for property.
Following suit, Jessica also wants to know if The Robs have any experience or can dish out any advice on crowdfunding for property. She’s seen businesses on blogs predicting returns in the region of 5-19% and wants to know if Rob & Rob would consider crowdfunding as a good option to diversity a portfolio that already includes a couple of buy to let properties.
