    Yes, Charles Louis charge a fee for their service:

    • First Time Buyer/ Home Mover: £599
    • Ex-Pat: £799
    • Remortgages: £599
    • Buy-to-let purchase/remortgage: £699
    • Product transfer: £99
  • When is the fee due?

    £99 is payable prior to the second appointment, with the remainder payable on offer. More information is available directly from the Charles Louis team. Advice from the team is free of charge.

  • Will you consider all options for my mortgage?

    Charles Louis offer an independent, whole of market mortgage service, so you can be confident they’ll find the best deal to suit your needs. They also have access to ‘broker only’ deals from lenders which you wouldn’t be able to get by going direct.
