£60,000 uplift in just 32 months Manchester

In 2017 we discovered an opportunity in Salford, Manchester, right by the side of the River Irwell.

It ticked all the fundamentals boxes: adjacent to Manchester city centre, great transport links and an idyllic riverside position which was popular with the rental market. The Irwell City Park regeneration project was also in full swing at the time – another successful indicator of potential future capital growth due to the ripple effect filtering out from Manchester city centre.

The creation of MediaCityUK and the arrival of big names such as the BBC and ITV bolstered demand from the rental market, so naturally we worked hard to deliver a deal here.

We managed to secure a £25,000 discount on a range of 2-bedroom apartments on behalf of Property Hub Invest clients.
