Get consent
If you're a past or current client and you know someone who would be interested in building their property portfolio, simply get their consent to share their details with us.

Complete the referral form
Click the 'Refer now' button and complete the form. Once you've provided us with their details (and yours, so we know who's made the referral), you can relax. We'll be in touch directly to discuss further.

Receive £500
If the person you've referred invests in a property through us, you'll receive £500 once they've legally completed on their purchase. We'll let you know when that happens so you can tell us where to send your £500.
